Welcome to nunn.ai!

First constructed in 2024, the initial iteration of nunn.ai employed an always-free, easy-to-use RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) model that offered industry-leading expertise on evidence law. Between 2024 and 2025, over 200,000+ searches by students, practitioners, and academics alike helped democratize evidence knowledge.

Since that time, frontier AI models have improved dramatically, largely vitiating the value of a standalone AI specializing in evidence law generally. Thus, in this second iteration, I have recalibrated nunn.ai to a different type of “value add.” Namely, nunn.ai is now available, again for free, to all students in my courses who need help with evidence law. The AI is now specifically trained not only on evidence law generally, but also on my class notes, past exams, lecture slides, practice problems, and every bit of knowledge students might need from my Evidence lectures.

Thus, nunn.ai is an always-available, always-free resource for asking questions about my Evidence and Advanced Evidence courses at Texas A&M. Unfortunately, however, to keep the service free for students, nunn.ai must be limited to that universe of individuals.
